If you terminate an employment contract due to illness, you must send a valid medical certificate to contact@nowjobs.de. When we receive a valid medical certificate, we can adjust your absence in the app.

How can I edit a review I have written?

It is not possible to edit a rating afterwards. Therefore, it is important that you assess the shift as thoroughly and objectively as possible. Do you want to change something? Then please contact the NOWJOBS team.

How can I write a review?

After finishing your shift, you can leave a review immediately. You will receive a notification in the app to write a review.

Who can write reviews?

All reviews you can see in the NOWJOBS app are written by students and companies. Students can rate the company they worked for through NOWJOBS. Companies can rate students who have worked for them through NOWJOBS. The NOWJOBS team has no influence on the submitted ratings, but monitors them to avoid inappropriate comments.
