At NOWJOBS, we strive to optimise the app to constantly improve the user experience. So we'd like to hear what you liked and what you think could be improved. Do you have a question or would you like to report a bug in the app? Then please contact us at contact@nowjobs.de.

It is not possible to edit a rating. Therefore, it is important that the shift or the student is assessed as thoroughly and objectively as possible. Do you still want to change something afterwards? Then please contact the NOWJOBS team.

At the end of a shift, an evaluation can be written immediately for the student who has been employed. You will be informed of this and receive a notification.

All the reviews you can see on NOWJOBS have been submitted by students or customers. The reviews therefore only relate to employment via NOWJOBS. The NOWJOBS team has no influence on the ratings given, but monitors them to avoid inappropriate comments.

If a worker did not show up, you cannot write an evaluation. However, the absences will be taken into account in future matching. This way, that student will see fewer jobs he/she can apply for and future employers will see that they cannot always count on that temp.
